We couldn’t use our tub and the bathroom smelled terrible every time you used the water or shower. The hallway leading to our room smelled like urine and the property looked like it was under construction, but it was just not maintained. Very disappointing compared to our other stays at Ramada.

The room was very clean as were the linens on the bed. Other than that, I should have asked for a refund. The bathroom was unfinished, missing tiles and baseboards. The door handle was a bedroom doorknob placed high up on the door. The toilet was dirty when we came in. There was no hot water in the shower which we reported first thing. We were told we had to let it run for 10 minutes first. The water was luke warm at best. We couldn't take showers. Second day we were told that maintenance would fix the hot water problem, that never happened. I've never come across front desk employees that were less helpful or more rude than the ones working at this Ramada Inn. They had the WORST attitudes, I was appalled. They did nothing to help or resolve our issues. Shame on them. I asked to speak to the manager and the gal wouldn't give me her name. She finally pointed to the wall where the managers name was although I've called twice, it seems as though she is never there. At night, we didn't feel safe due to the homeless digging through the trash bins in the parking lot. The hotel offers complementary breakfast, it was minimal. The coffee maker was "out of service". We were so disappointed with this hotel and their choice of staff members. We will never stay here again.

Staff was great! The problem was, I didn’t get any sleep because there was either construction or a gym a floor right above me. Loud thumps all night, so I left the hotel at 3 something in the morning. Highly upset.

There were ants in the bathroom, the bathroom door stuck so bad it woke everyone up every time someone had to use it. There was someone jumping or having a party every night and we couldn’t get any sleep. The breakfast options were poor and often ran out.

In all honesty, I was kind of worried about booking here due to the past reviews I’ve seen. I can say this is a “pay what you get hotel” but overall the room was clean, staff was very friendly and there is a continental breakfast, which you can never beat! 10/10 would stay here again because it was decent for the price and only 15 minutes away from the beach and other local activities. Only thing I would recommend to fellow visitors/owner is wear shoes/sandals in the bathroom due to the renovations and tile fixing, there are still sharp edges and wouldn’t want anyone getting hurt!
