House was great for two families of 4. Enough room to spread out. Mountain View, outdoor space, and pool were great. Note, as it mentions in their write up, that solar heating of the pool makes it seasonal temperature (pool was about 65 degrees, not bad for midwesterners). Kitchen was adequate. Beds were nice. Great location and neighborhood. Location makes it just about 20 minutes to anywhere! Not a huge deal, but it didn’t seem to be clear from host communication that check in info was to be received 24 hours ahead of time, may other Vrbo seem to be 2-3 days before. We would definitely stay here again if the occasion arouse!!!

This house was perfect for our stay! Clean, spacious, entertaining and with a beautiful view in a nice neighborhood! The pool is definitely chilly but we had some nice hot sun so the kids had a blast!

This home was just what we needed. Clean, great beds, large bathrooms, open floor plan. The kitchen literally was the BEST STOCKED kitchen we’ve experienced with good pans, knives and utensils. The back yard was beautiful! Great room was nice with an open floor plan. The pool is solar heated but still cool because we visited in the winter. Great outdoor patio seating - 2 tables for early morning coffee, and 4 lounge chairs with an umbrella. The view of Cowles Mountain was 100%. Highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our stay!The property is beautiful, the house was spotless and super comfortable.The backyard with BBQ and all the amenities were just perfect for our group.A few small improvements could make the stay even better: since we were 8 adults, having a few more towels would have been appreciated. Also, trash bins and mirrors in the bedrooms would have been useful.Overall, we had a wonderful week and would definitely recommend this home without hesitation.It truly was a highlight for us – a real gem!

Wonderful house. I loved the view and pool. It had everything you need. It was clean, comfortable beds, everything was great. If you need to get ahold of the property manager you’ll need to call them. The messaging feature in VRBO is not monitored and the number they tell you to call is wrong in the auto-reply.

Hemingway Heaven is a great description. The house was clean and had a gorgeous view of the mountains. We were extremely pleased with our stay. The master ed was extremely comfortable. Close to the zoo and to far from the safari.

Hemingway Heaven is right!

We were in San Diego area for work, but knew we'd have some downtime to enjoy, so chose this beautiful property, and were so thrilled with it. It has quality furnishing, a gorgeous pool, firepit, and views! Plus, a modern kitchen, with everything needed to cook, comfortable bedrooms and living room. We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our 4-day stay!
