Great location! Every morning we were up early to walk & get coffee. The boardwalk was fantastic to have so close to us. We were in walking distance to quick bites and a couple of great beach bars as well.The place was very clean and comfortable. There was a lot of car/truck noise out front but we weren’t there during the day and closed the windows at night.

We absolutely loved the location just steps from the beach. The apartment is as described and we were informed multiple times that parking was not included. We will likely stay again!

Kitchen had everything you needed.Unit was clean.No a/c you don’t really need it with the windows open.Cons Parking was very expensive and hard to find over night parking.Front windows are on a busy street noise on the weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is exactly as described and location was perfect. Everything was walkable. We did have challenges with parking as we arrived on a Saturday afternoon and it was a beautiful beach day but during the week there were no parking issues.The weather was warm so we had to use the fans during the evening and they worked pretty good. Only one issue we reported to the host was regarding the door from the lane level up the stairs. The door would bang quite loudly if the user didn’t hold it to close. The sound could be quite jarring but when reported they said they would look after it. Even though a couple minor issues we really enjoyed the unit and location and would book again.

The condo is conveniently located right off the beach with an ocean view! It is the perfect size for a couple or couple with a couple of kids. The place had everything you would need for a stay. Kitchen is so convenient with full size appliances. Only thing missing is a dishwasher but wasn’t a big deal. Only complaint is that the towels are not soft at all. Would stay again any time!!

A good stay

The location is good and it appeared to be clean and orderly till we found 2 dirty socks under the sofa and terrible stains on the mattress of the voteAll in all it was good and comfortable. The price was good too.

Beach Access!!!

This property is great for beach access! Literally just steps away. Property does have beach views. Can also see the Mission Bay too, from the alley way. Properly has definitely been updated. Property has all the amenities you would need, including chairs, towels and boogie boards you can take down to the beach. However, if you plan to bring a car, just know there is no designated parking, the listing is misleading. You may have to park on the street, which extremely limited, and potentially a couple miles down the road like we had to. The apartment was clean, but when we stayed there, it did appear as if the sheets were not clean, if they were, they did have other peoples hair still on them. Overall, good place to stay for beach access, but parking is my pet peeve, along with clean bed sheets. If I couldn't find another place with assigned parking. I'd stay here again.
