Immaculately clean!

Absolutely beautiful, clean and modern. The location was excellent as well. The beds were comfortable and the towels large and fluffy. Everything was provided including garbage bags, soaps etc. The owner met us at the house and gave us clear explanations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt it was an excellent value for the money. There was a grocery store and a boulangerie very close by and lots of great restaurants. We would recommend “Le relais d’Alsace” around the corner.

The house was exceptionally clean, had all the items for cooking etc., beds were very comfortable, fifteen minute walk to The Old Town of St. Malo. Our hostess, Sabrina was friendly, accommodating and helpful.

This is the place for You

We.... two couples have just spent five night's in this fantastic property and it is like staying in a small boutique hotel. Close to a bakery, restaurants, supermarket, with ample free parking on the door step. Sabrina, our host was just so helpful in every aspect. Don't even consider staying anywhere else, as this is the perfect place for couples or families to stay, because you won't be disappointed. Ron (Australia)

Fabulous is every way.

I have rented many properties in France, but this has been the best house. The house has been entirely renovated with all new kitchen and plumbing appliances. The interior decorating is very well done and pleasant. It is extremely well equipped down to the last detail. We found it to impeccably clean with very comfortable beds. Julie who welcomed us with the keys does a great job attending to every need. The house is in a convenient , quiet neighborhood with parking available on the street or a parking lot next to the house. We 4 ladies were very comfortable in this house as it felt like home. Lovely renovated stone house for family or couples

The fully renovated house is a short walk to the train station or 15 minute walk to St. Malo's walled center. The big fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living area and a lovely enclosed deck that was perfect for our 3 young adult kids and their 2 friends to hang out and play cards after days of touring Brittany. A good pizzeria around the corner and a grocery store were very convenient for our hungry group of 7.The efficient washer and dryer were a bonus as we were halfway through our vacation. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautifully furnished and decorated house in St. malo

The house is within a 6-7 minute walk of St. Malo rail station and is a 15 minute walk into the walled city. We were welcomed by our gracious host, Sabrina, who was very friendly and provided all the information we needed for a great stay. The house itself has been beautifully decorated and is furnished with all the appliances and implements you should need. There are several restaurants and bars in close proximity and also a grocery store. We really loved our stay in St. Malo, and want to return. Thank you Sabrina.
