From the master suite step out onto your personal deck for a nap on the hammock or relax on the swing. You will also find the mermaid bedroom with queen sized bed and a separate kid bunk bed room on this floor.

On the entry level you will find the ocean bedroom with queen sized bed, full bath, and game room/entertainment area. Play your favorite games, Galaga, Pac-Man or Asteroids from our 3 arcade games, watch your favorite movie or enjoy a cocktail from the wet bar. Head outside to splash in your own private pool or relax in the 6 person hot tub. If it’s the beach you want …no problem. Beach access is just a short walk to the end of the cul-de-sac.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
