Loved the hotel, its beautiful views, refreshing morning swims at the pier, delicious food, and several themed cafes and bars. Loved the coffee and cakes in the patisserie. Daily wellness centre activities (aerobics, yoga etc.) added another layer of fun and relaxation to my stay. Also had great fun with entertaining afternoon competitions (both sport and non-sport), evening shows at the amphitheatre and parties. The staff made my stay, they were super welcoming, fun and just amazing! I would totally go back.

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The food was outstanding, offering a delightful variety that catered to all tastes. The entertainment options were equally impressive, providing engaging activities for all ages. The kids club was a highlight, offering a safe and fun environment for children. All the facilities were impeccably maintained, and there was no shortage of activities to enjoy. The hamam bath was a particularly memorable experience, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. However, our experience was slightly marred by an interaction with one employee (Kurbangul) who occasionally oversees the hamam massages and baths. Unfortunately, this individual was quite rude and unprofessional, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of service throughout the hotel. Despite this, our overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This is a really good hotel for families with kids. There are multiple activities during the day and night ranging from aqua parks and pools for little kids to teenagers. There is a mini club where kids can be dropped off at certain times for no charge. There are kid specific shows at night and several rides. The staff has a very positive attitude and makes you feel welcome. Food was very good compared to other all inclusive style resorts. The grounds are phenomenal with banana trees, swans, cats, fish and so on. Although the hotel was fully booked there was always plenty of food - even the top hits at all times. The only downsides are that the rooms are a bit on the smaller side and the elevators can be a nightmare during busy hours when hotel is at full capacity. But given that 95% of your time will be spent outdoors this should not be a big issue. I think the management is doing a great job running this place with all the features it offers.
