Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The food was outstanding, offering a delightful variety that catered to all tastes. The entertainment options were equally impressive, providing engaging activities for all ages. The kids club was a highlight, offering a safe and fun environment for children. All the facilities were impeccably maintained, and there was no shortage of activities to enjoy. The hamam bath was a particularly memorable experience, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. However, our experience was slightly marred by an interaction with one employee (Kurbangul) who occasionally oversees the hamam massages and baths. Unfortunately, this individual was quite rude and unprofessional, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of service throughout the hotel. Despite this, our overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is fantastic! Absolutely love everything about it. There are, of course, some imperfections, but all in all it was a very pleasant vacation!
