Beautiful Studio for Traveling Professionals or New to Reno Residents

Exquisite remodel of historic 1905 victorian home with the traveling professional in mind. We offer 7 fully furnished efficiency studios for 28 day minimum stay travelers. The studio has small refrigerator/freezer, microwave & keurig, queen sized bed with comfortable linens, 2 leather chairs with ottomans, desk, bath towels, roku TV, and WiFi. There is beautiful fully furnished shared kitchen if you choose to cook in or a gas grill and picnic area if you choose to cook out with herb garden and corn hole game for enjoying the beautiful Reno sunshine. The basement has laundry with two washer/dryers as well as iron/board and individual locked storage. Off street parking. Located on quiet street in heart of booming Midtown district yet a couple of blocks walk to the best restaurants, craft breweries and distilleries, shopping and all the midtown activities. We are selective with our guests so there will only be respectful neighbors for our guests. If it shows unavailable for your stay, email for possible availability in another studio.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We had a pleasant stay at the historic Midtown home. Chris was very friendly and thoughtful of our stay. The home was equipped with everything you need, as if you were in your own home. The location was an easy walk to any eating area (we enjoyed walking to a local breakfast after our morning walk). I would recommend this place and would look forward to visiting again.

AMAZING PLACE

My husband and I stayed at this adorable place for several weeks. It is unique, clean, quiet and located in a great neighborhood in midtown Reno. So many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance! The room was beyond adorable, clean and quiet. The back porch/sitting area provided lighting and tables for our evening card games! Owner Chris is just an incredible woman, very easy to communicate with and she just goes above and beyond to make our stay so nice and comfortable. I would recommend this place to everyone!! Thank you Chris!!!

Wonderful place, extremely nice place for young professionals to live!

Great place. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very nice and included everything you would need from bed sheets, to towels, to kitchenware. Great place for young professionals to stay. This place also has a good location right in midtown too.
