The many amenities include 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, including a 1st floor sleeping den, great community pool, community center with fitness equipment and weights, 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit, WIFI, 2 large-screen TV's, and easy access to the Breakwater & Junction Bike path with miles of protected trails that connect Rehoboth, Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park, and beyond.
NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE (FOR VRBO RENTALS).
