Welcome to 20350 Silver Lake Drive in South Rehoboth Beach! When you walk through the front door you instantly feel at home with the old Rehoboth charm and the beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The lower level of the home offers a nice size kitchen for cooking, a large open dining room with plenty of seating for a family gathering or a family game night. One king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a sitting area and private deck, a second bedroom with two queen beds and a third bedroom with a set of twin beds with a full hall bath. This property also features a two-story cottage with an additional living room, a small kitchenette and a queen bedroom, overlooking the pool, with a full bath, all on the lower level of the cottage. Walk up a set of steps and you will find an additional bedroom with two twin beds and an additional full bathroom. This lakefront home has plenty to offer outside as well. With the massive pool in the front yard overlooking Silver Lake you can enjoy pool days, relax in the poolside lounge chairs, or eat breakfast, lunch or dinner lakeside every day! The large yard allows for additional seating on the shaded side of the home with a large open deck, additional patio table, additional seating area and a gas BBQ grill are provided for enjoyment. Bring your bikes along and you can bike to the beach or downtown Rehoboth Beach where you can enjoy various well-established eateries for the foodies in your group. Rehoboth offers everything from Pizza to Sushi and everything in between. If you prefer to shop, we got you covered!
