I asked for a first floor room because we had kids asleep in the car. They said nothing was available which was just hard to believe because the parking lot was fairly empty. Lugging everything up the stairs at 10pm was rough. Bugs in the bathroom, hairs and just not a clean feel overall. The air conditioner unit was really old and didn’t work well.

It’s very loud with trucks and highway noise. No sleep. Upon arrival, I asked to switch to the front of the building which presumably is better, but staff wouldn’t switch us. 1st he said no rooms were available but then his story changed when I further inquired. It was obvious He just didn’t want to go through the hassle in the late hour.

No smoke alarm in the room. No air ventilation. Broken lamp and flickering lights. Not sure if they really clean the rooms. It seemed more like just a quick wipe to say they cleaned it, but it was obvious in certain places. However, the bed was very comfortable. You can't avoid not hearing people outside your room. And it's loud when people are above you.

The man, employee, that worked in the office the morning of Easter, April 20, 2025 was extremely helpful and accommodating to my children, their girlfriends and me. We had attended the Red Bluff Round Up the day before and were running late on Easter morning for breakfast and checking out. I wish I knew his name, but he made fresh coffee and eggs for us, as well as gave us a bit more time to finish checking out. We stayed in a room/s that slept 5 (3 beds) and it was perfect. Thank you so much and we will be staying here again next year!!! I highly recommend it.

It was fine for a night! The room faced the freeway and I could hear everything. The bathroom was fully cleaned there was someone’s hairs in the toilet and on the seat and the walls needed to be cleaned but wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed

The room was so dirty! There was food and marks all over the walls and bathroom door, my son found trash under the bed, or was awful. This was definitely a "you get what you pay for" experience.

There was a taco food truck a short walk away that was really delicious. The king-sized bed had pillows that were different levels of firmness which was really comfortable. It was nice to have pillow options. The sheets were soft. Overall, I had a good sleep.
