Located in the gated community of Presidential Estates in luxurious Rancho Mirage. Easy golf cart access to Mission Hills Country Club. Less than 4 minute cart ride. This 2,300 sq. ft. home has 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, open Living Room with soaring 2 story high cathedral ceilings, open wet bar, gas log fireplace, and is situated on one of the best interior 1/4 acre lots in the complex. Expansive U-Shaped backyard accessing to lighted Tennis Courts, Pool, Spa, and Clubhouse. As you will notice, our rates are more reasonable for a few reasons. Mainly because we are new to VRBO and want constructive advise. Not bad reviews.

Spacious, spotless, and perfectly serene

We had a wonderful experience staying in this lovely, beautifully manicured, quiet neighborhood. Hard to believe you are just minutes from Palm Springs’ greatest attractions - downtown, the shops at El Paseo, the zoo/gardens, endless restaurants, golf courses, and bountiful hiking, walking, and biking trails. The house is nicely appointed, the kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay, and the three bathrooms and two extra bedrooms are perfect for guests or kids. Best of all, our little dachshund was welcome and enjoyed a large, enclosed grassy backyard. The complex pool and tennis courts are just steps away and we pretty much had them to ourselves. Our host, Daniel, was awesome. He responded right away, arranged to extend our stay (you’ll want to, too) and even surprised us with a new gas grill on the patio!  We couldn’t be happier with our stay, and feel so fortunate to have found a fabulous home. Will definitely be coming back☺️
