Welcome to paradise! This beautifully updated home with a pool sits on a canal in Punta Gorda. Enjoy the open space with vaulted ceilings and according doors that open up to an awesome lanai that features a pool, outdoor furniture, Treager, fridge, loungers and more. Inside, all new furniture including leather couches, dining table, new memory foam mattresses.
Extras include, board games, bikes, kayaks, cornhole and bocce ball.

Wonderful well stocked home, easy location to main roads. Quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed playing pickleball nearby, and many restaurant options within minutes. Very, very clean, we were extremely happy, thank you.

Family gathering

Family from across the United States gathered to celebrate Dad‘s 90th birthday. This is a great set up. There were things to do for all age groups. Lots of space for everyone, fabulous lanai with big grill. There are three bedrooms with at least queen size beds. The fourth had extra large bunkbeds with a trundle. The kitchen was well stocked!
