The cleaning staff if the rooms was the number one thing that was great about the resort!!!! The staff were not helpful with anything, pushed to go to the “privilege” presentation and offered free massages but because we had an excursion planned we were dismissed.

The resort is lovely and well maintained. However, mornings are difficult because guests reserve chairs with towels long before using them. It would be great if the hotel updated this policy.

All the staff were super friendly, because we booked through Expedia we got VIP and got our own concierge. The food was good most the time. The drink were hit or miss depending where you went but mostly sweet. I would say the entertainment needs alot of improvement the staff were very friendly but it was boring to be honest the white party on the beach felt more like a kids beach party the fire show was the best show. Resort is nice and beach was as clean as they can get it.

This is our 7th stay here and absolutely love it! the front line staff are most courteous and never without a smile. I want to highlight the "behind the scenes" staff. From the folks sweeping the floor, lawn and landscape workers, dishwashers and cooks, bathroom cleaners and room staff, pool cleaners, tree trimmers, beach chair movers, laundry staff,and countless others we don't see, a BIG THANK YOU for all you do to make our stay a great experience that ensures our return, time and time again!!!!

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Staff was attentive and the poolside service n the privilege section was worth the extra cost. Food areas can be a bit of a walk but there are carts running regularly if you want a ride. We plan to return in the future.

Spacious room with good air conditioning. Hotel grounds kept immaculate and staff very smart. Bathroom room door did not shut as the door was larger than the frame - nothing major but not what you would expect from a 5* not many coat hangers - asked room service for more but all requests ignored. Restaurant staff very hit and miss re service and professionalism. Food in restaurants was adequate - not 5* and the restaurants themselves lacked ambience - very loud, bright lighting and felt more like a canteen than a restaurant. If you are hoping for any romantic or quiet meal then you will be disappointed. We only had one course in the Mexican as the noise levels made talking impossible.

We had a wonderful week at Ocean blue and sand beach resort. The room was large and clean. The pool and beach were beautiful. The staff everywhere were friendly and attentive. Ramone at the beach bar was great.

The resort is beautiful. The beach and pools were very good. The food was good, a lot to choose from. Mike’s coffee shop was amazing. Our room needed to be changed upon checkin due to extreme musty smell coming from the air conditioner, and the shower leaked water onto the floor every time my husband used it. The process to change rooms took 3 nights. Once we moved, our stay became the dream vacation we had hoped for. Thank you!
