The food at virtually every restaurant was subpar, and to make matters worse, the sevice was slow. Staff was neither friendly nor helpful. Also, our "Butler" was rarely seen and didn't offer much service. Lastly, the Front Desk and Room Service rarely answered their phones so we often "went without" rather than finding someone who would help.

I’ve been to many resorts and get served like a Queen. This place was under staffed. They had nobody to dance with you. They had 1 show at night for 1 hour. In certain areas you had to get off your chair and go to the bar and get your drink they had not enough staff to bring you drinks. I definitely won’t go back!!!

The property was very clean, and the hotel personnel were very friendly. The Altagracia from the Seaside Restaurant was amazing, and Juan, our butler, was very attentive. Super recommended

Came to celebrate my husbands birthday our butler candio went above and beyond to decorate our room it was a sweet gesture..food n drinks were good i would come back here.

Loved the room and staff was very helpful. I did go an excursion where I scammed into paying for thing not part of the excursion and that was not clear. The resort itself was AMAZING. The price gouging on tourists and shoving people into purchasing things on the outside of the resort was not enjoyable. Overall I would come again but not do that excursion.
