The property is beautiful, yet the building layout is confusing. You have different codes and elevators for your front door and the sliding glass door into the bedroom. It's a bit of a maze to get around. The elevator to our front door is in a parking garage that is currently being used for construction materials and work. So, several times we were walking through dust and chemical fumes.
The bedroom is on an exterior hallway that everyone can walk by. So, you have to leave your shades down unless you want people looking into your room. With this unit being on the 4th floor it overlooks a parking garage where they keep the building trash cans. For over half our stay the trash cans were overflowing with trash the smelled.
The pool was the most disappointing part of our stay. It is beautiful and perfect if you just want to sun bath with a great view, but the pool is way too cold to enjoy. The water is colder than the ocean. While this might be nice during the summer months, it caused most people to avoid getting in while we were there. Every person we talked to at the property and locals who had been to the pool commented on how cold the water is.
The building is convenient for getting around, but it sits on the main road heading into/out of town, so you get a lot of traffic noise when you open the sliding glass doors to the patio.
The gym is great.
Even with the negative things we enjoyed our stay, but will go elsewhere in the future.
