There is also a private laundry room in the condo with washer and dryer for your use.
You will have the entire condo to yourself aside from one locked closet for owners belongings.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views
We recently stayed at Ryan's condo at the Grand Venetian. Ryan was very responsive to inquiries and communications. The property manager, Simon, began communications with us about a week prior to our arrival, greeted us at the front entrance when we arrived, and was also very responsive and helpful while we were there. The condo was clean and was supplied with a good variety of kitchen items, bath towels, and pool towels. There were a few items we had to buy at the store like toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, etc., so do an inventory before heading to the store. (This is common in most vacation rentals.) The sunset views from the condo deck were amazing! The front deck was where we actually spent most of our time when we were at the condo. Simply a beautiful space! And to be able to open those doors all the way was amazing too! We just made sure we turned the air conditioner off when we opened them. The grounds and pools at Grand Venetian were very well kept. The entire staff there were also very kind, helpful, hard working people. We ate at the restaurant and poolside a couple times and the food was pretty good too. The restaurant staff and poolside staff were kind, helpful, and responsive too. Taxis are super easy to get. We walked to the nearby mall a couple times, and walked to the Food Park one night. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and the Grand Venetian on our recent trip to Puerto Vallarta. We would stay there again, and would highly recommend!!!

Mesmerizing ocean view
I had the best stay in this condo. It was very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. I liked the close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and short Uber from downtown. The complex was beautiful and well maintained. I really enjoyed the pools and beach access. I would definitely stay here again. The host was also very easy to communicate with.
