Very quiet, independent house in an extremely panoramic position over looking the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and 1 bathroom. The garden and sea side patio offer you the possibility to relax in the shade while taking in the spectacular view.

This house has been in our family for generations.Each year, from May to September,we have had the privilege to spend our summers here and to grow up with this image of the sea and our holiday. And even now, although it’s becoming more and more difficult to find the time to go back, this magical place remains for all of us the poster image of the perfect vacation. Sun, sea and relaxation, away from everything.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Wir lieben den Charme alter Häuser und somit auch dieses Ferienhaus. Wenn auch nicht alles perfekt, der sensationelle Blick auf das Meer und der direkte Abgang zum Strand gleicht alles aus. Sonnenuntergang war für alle Pflichttermin auf der vorderen Terrasse. Tolle Strandspaziergänge und eindrucksvolle Wanderungen mussten manchmal das Baden im stürmischen Meer ersetzen. Sehr angenehm empfanden wir den kleinen Mercator im Ort. Neben den wichtigsten Dingen gab es einen super Cappuccino und crosse Hörnchen.

Das Haus ist von der Lage her wunderbar. Die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig.Es sollte ein allein stehendes Haus sein, ist es auch - aber es wurde nicht erwähnt,dass ein Apartement, welches sich direkt am Haus und somit an die Terasse anschliesst. Also müssen die Mieter immer an dieser vorbei. Alle Aktivitäten/lautes reden/grillen usw. bekommt man mit. Das gehört zu einer korrekten Beschreibung des Hauses dazu.

Toller Ort zum Entspannen

Wir hatten 2 wundervoll entspannte wochen in dem Haus. Sofie hat uns liebevoll empfangen und stand für Infos durchgehend bereit. Die terrasse ist ein Traum. Der weg zum Strand extrem kurz. Ein wundervoller Ort. Morgens delfine beim frühstück springen sehen und abends die Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Die Unterkunft war gut sortiert und sehr sauber! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Traumaussicht

Das Ferienhaus besticht vor allem durch seine tolle Lage. Die Einrichtung ist zwar ziemlich altmodisch aber trotzdem gemütlich. Bei schönem Wetter verbringt man sowieso die meiste Zeit entweder auf der Terrasse oder direkt am Strand (der sozusagen vor der Haustür liegt). Die Kommunikation mit Verwalterin war nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Ich versuche es einmal genau zu erfasse. Die Lage des Hauses macht vieles weg. Insgesamt gibt es auch wenig zu beanstanden. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort (Sofie) war wirklich toll und immer freundlich. Die Lage ist ein Traum, man kann auch immer zwischen Sonne und Schatten wählen. Was war nicht so perfekt? Die Küche und deren Austattung war/ist uralt und müffelt. Der Geruch in den Schränken, ist mehr wie grenzwertig. Die Toilettenbrille war komplett lose, aber das war es dann auch schon. Der Sitz der Toilette soll erneuert werden, leider nicht schon bei uns. Die Küche würde ich, wenn ich der Besitzer wäre, ebenfalls runderneuern, denn dann wäre es nahezu perfekt. Wir waren mit einen Hund vor Ort und es war nie ein Problem. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub und jederzeit wieder

Fantastische Aussicht von der grossen Terrasse mit je nach dem grandiosen Sonnenuntergängen. Interessanter Strand für Spaziergänge aber nicht gut geeignet zum Schwimmen, da das Ufer flach aber weit hinaus scharfkanntig felsig ist. Die Wohnung ist museal und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Die Heizung ist ein Pelletofen im Flur, der eigentlich gar nichts nützt. Im April war es feucht und kalt. Aber im Sommer vermutlich super schön kühl. Schöner Garten.

Droomhuis op droomplek

Wij hebben enorm genoten! Een prachtig huis met een perfect ingerichte keuken op een droom plek. Het is een rustige locatie, de buren zijn heel aardig en de communicatie met Sofie verliep voorspoedig. Bedden zijn comfortabel en het huis wordt met liefde onderhouden. Veel oorspronkelijke elementen zijn goed bewaard gebleven. Wij komen heel graag weer terug, Bedankt!

casa sul mare luglio 2020

la casa è esattamente come descritto sul sito, si trova direttamente sul mare (da due delle tre camere da letto ci si addormenta e ci si risveglia con il rumore del mare), scendendo pochi scalini ci si ritrova in spiaggia ( spiaggia libera e poco frequentata), dal porticato si ha una vista eccezionale sul mare e soprattutto al tramonto del Sole (grazie alla brezza marina si può mangiare sia pranzo che cena senza soffrire il caldo), posto molto silenzioso e tranquillo. Unica nota negativa sono i mobili della cucina che emanano un cattivo odore (probabilmente dovuto agli alimenti che venivano conservati all'interno) e l'ingresso carraio del cortile che risulta sconnesso). Nel complesso splendida casa che consiglio vivamente di prenotare.

äusserst tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Haus an bester Lage angetroffen und wurden freundlich empfangen und eingeführt. Nichts hat gefehlt und die Einrichtung war sehr persönlich. Garten und Terrassen haben uns sehr gefallen. Unser Aufenthalt entsprach unseren Wünschen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
