Stunning property with guest house, large pool, beautiful grounds, WIFI

This lovely property consists of 2 independent houses (a 3 bed/3 bath and a 2 bed/2 bath, each with lounge and kitchen), set in a large garden fully enclosed with lots of mature trees, palms, a great lawn to play on and a large saltwater pool, situated in the idyllic countryside between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa. A favourite with cyclists and extended family groups, but also a special treat for couples or smaller groups who like their space.

The main lounge has a large screen TV, satellite and DVD and opens onto the garden and terrace. The main kitchen opens onto the BBQ area which is a wonderful spot to gather in the evenings under the bourgainvillia. The smaller house has a private terrace and has been structured for wheelchair use with wider doors and ramps. The ceilings are high and beamed and the furniture is solid teak.
The garden is spacious and mature giving welcome shade while the pool is always in the sun and has a large paved area with 10 sun loungers. All is completely enclosed and private with lots of room to park several cars, set on a quiet and recently repaved road good for cycling. It is a 5 minute drive into Pollensa with it's great dining and an equally short drive to the many beautiful beaches.
Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available. Air-conditioning in the 5 rooms.

Lovely villa

We had a lovely week. Villa was spacious, rustic but nice. Good outdoor space, pool located away from the villa near the Road, and surrounded by trees which shed a lot of foliage / flowers, so pool had quite alot of debris in it. Really enjoyed our stay. Bring plenty of bug spray!

Spacious Family Villa

Can Carube is lovely villa between Alcudia and Pollensa. We were a group of 9, 5 children (ages between 2-9) and 4 adults. The 2 separate dwellings worked perfectly for us. The villa was well equipped with everything you needed, the pool was a great size and the grounds had plenty of shade, of which some palm trees gave some shade over the pool a lot of the day which as a godsend considering it was 37 degrees the whole week. We had a couple of issues but they were resolved very quickly and communication between Emmanualle and the local assistance was promptly and friendly. I can see that some things about the villa are a little tired now could do with updating but key thing is that everything works and the villas were clean. I would highly recommend Can Carube but would also recommend car hire as you are not near any local shops or amenities. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Half term family break

A lovely week at Can Carube with my family (3x grandparents, 3x children, 4x adults). The villa was comfortable and easily accommodated our group. The pool and ping pong table were well liked, the bbq too. A peaceful and homely villa (especially nice indoor sitting room) about 10mins drive from a rural location into Pollenca town. Thank you!

Much enjoyed our stay.Great location and property provided everything we were looking for.Also kind of owner to let us carry it forwArd for post Covid reasons.A few points require attention: Drain in double room next to sitting room not working correctly and causing flooding. Drain in children’s room in main building eventually collapsed inwards.This was reported Drain in -shower(building 2)not working correctly. Wasps nest in outbuildings I did find the midges and mosquitoes quite intrusive in the evenings and would suggest mosquito nets are fitted.

The outdoor space is outstanding - great outdoor dining area and one of the best pools in the area.

Emmanuelle was super helpful, very responsive and user friendly. On island property manager was incredibly prompt and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

Two families of five

We have just got back from a wonderful holiday in this villa. It was perfect for our needs. We were two families with six children between us ranging from 19 to 11 years and all had a fab time. There is enough space for the older teenagers to have their privacy but also good family sized space when we came together for meals and games. It is well placed for Pollença and Alcúdia and surrounding beaches. We had a minor problem with a shower head and Ben and Charlie, the property managers couldn’t have been more helpful and solved it swiftly!

Ideal Property for a Relaxing Family Stay

Really well equipped property with two villas - ideal for families travelling together. Good sized comfortable rooms and a main kitchen with all you could need. Also a great barbecue area for relaxing evenings if you don’t want to go out. Nice pool area with plenty of sun beds. Pollenca is not very far away and has plenty of decent restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property.

The villas are set in a large garden, down a country lane, about equal distance from Pollenca and Alcudia. There is ample space for an extended family gathering. The furnishings are traditional, and some items require updating and refurbishment.

Perfect property for extended family stay

Can Carube has everything you would need for an extended family holiday in Mallorca. First excellent position between Pollensa and Alcudia only about a 14 min drive to either. Second Five good sized bedrooms split between two houses plus five bathrooms excellently equipped kitchen and large sitting room. Outdoors the gardens are beautiful and spacious with lots of room for play. The property is secure and feels very safe for the children to play. The pool is also large clean certainly big enough to swim “laps”. The whole property exceeded our expectations and we would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful Holiday

We are a multi generational family from Scotland and Canada who met in Pollenca for spring break. This house was ideal for the large group and perfectly outfitted for everything. (Kids made good use of the soccer net and the lovely yard to run in) It is on a lovely quiet road which was great to walk down to feed the ponies one way and the horses the other..Past orchards of citrus blossoms and olive trees. Shopping was a quick trip to Pollenca and we all agreed the Sunday market there was the best one we went to!. Alcudia and Porta Pollenca also just a quick trip down the road. So many other sites within easy travel distance. Palma a 45 min easy trip for a day of site seeing. While we didn't need her Charlie was quick to answer questions when asked. Would highly recommend this lovely home and Mallorca for a holiday.

Perfect location for a family event

We spend two weeks with family on the finca - the property is very huge and natural - we loved the palms next to house and pool. Be prepared to drive by car every day - as the place is calm but 10 minutes drive away from anything. You better enjoy that ....

Wir waren mit der Familie dort und würden die Finca auch ein weiteres Mal buchen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war schon im Vorfeld sehr freundlich und es blieben keine Fragen unbeantwortet. Die beiden Häuser waren voll ausgestattet, und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war alles super. Auch unsere Mietwagen konnten überdacht stehen.

Finca mit tollerAußenanlage

Finca mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern besucht und waren voll zufrieden. Das große Aussengelände bietet viele Sonnenplätze und auch genügend Schatten unter den zahlreichen Bäumen. Es gibt ausreichend Tische, Stühle, Liegen und eine gute Tischtennisplatte. Die zwei separaten Häuser sind mallorquinisch eingerichtet und laden zum verweilen ein. Die Küche im kleinen Haus könnte ein wenig besser ausgestattet werden (wir haben sie nicht genutzt) dafür ist im großen Haus alles vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche himmlisch weich. Positiv überraschend war die Zwischen-Reinigung nach einer Woche inklusive Wäsche - und Handtuchwechsel. Super Lage nicht weit weg von Alcudia, Port Alcudia, Pollensa, Port Pollenca und Sa Pobla. Vielen Dank an unsere Ansprechpartner, die immer für uns erreichbar waren. Wir fühlten uns immer gut aufgehoben.👍👍
