"We were able to check in an hour early which was very much appreciated after a long drive on the road. When we called down to the front desk for something the older lady seemed a little snarky, but other times we interacted with the staff they seemed friendly. The hot tub closest to the pool, the jets weren’t working and another guest said they haven’t worked in like 3 years. Since the pool was just down for maintenance, you’d think that was something that was fixed. That was definitely a bummer cause we used that one so we could watch our son swim while we were in it too. "
