We had a beautiful ocean view room with a balcony and gorgeous view of ocean and all the birds! The room was very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. At check-in the staff had to go to the room to make sure it was ready even though it was a few minutes of the check in time. There were two other couples waiting for the their rooms to be ready. The staff were apologetic and polite about it but just odd situation. We did have a problem with the tv and they switched out in about 15 minutes. There was wine offered in the afternoon and the daily breakfast was good. We will definitely return!

first of all, I booked Ocean view room. they gave me Ocean view room, but front of my balcony. There was a big palm tree, which is blocked my view for ocean. I go to the reception and ask them to change my room because I don’t like that they refused me. respond to me that we can’t do anything sorry for that. at the night and Doing it today it was very noisy because in the second floor there were other people. I go to the reception again and tell them that I don’t sleep at night and I want to change my room and they refused me again. I will never go there anymore. there is a very beautiful location, but the customer service they provided me that was zero.
