For your peace of mind, a pool safety net cover is available upon request. Inside, the game room enhances your entertainment experience with a smart TV, a pool table, a bar table for two, and a comfortable lounge chair. Plus, enjoy direct access to Jackrabbit Park through the private gated door in the backyard.

Living Areas & Kitchen:
Delight in a bright and airy living space that features a smart TV, chic designer furnishings, and effortless access to the outdoor patio. The contemporary kitchen is fully stocked with all the culinary essentials and sleek stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy casual meals in the inviting dining area that comfortably seats six or entertain in style with elegant dinners in the formal dining area, meticulously designed to accommodate eight guests with grace. *Please Note: Fireplace is only for display.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The primary bedroom on the second floor features a King bed, smart TV, lounge area, office workspace, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a closet. The second and third bedrooms, also on the second floor, each offer a Queen bed and closet space. The fourth bedroom on the second floor features a bunk bed with a Twin bed over a Full bed, plus an additional Twin bed, all with ample closet space. On the first floor, the fifth bedroom includes a Queen bed and convenient closet space. Additionally, the office area on the first floor is equipped with an electric adjustable height work desk and a Queen murphy bed, providing extra versatility for guests.

This means that the desired temperature of the pool may not be achieved, depending on weather conditions. Additional House Rules:
- Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A non-refundable accidental damage coverage policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $99 – covers $1,500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
- Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
- City of Scottsdale requires no more than 6 non-related adults per home not including children.
