This gorgeous 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo has the most breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the incredible wrap around balcony! You and your family and friends can sit and watch the sun rise or set with your mimosa in your hands and you'll never get tired of these views! The unit sleeps 8, comfortably, with a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen sized bed as well as a twin over double bunk-bed in the second bedroom, and another king size bed in the third bedroom! WOW! There is so much space for family and friends that you'll be sure to make great memories in this condo! The kitchen boasts of granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all the bells and whistles that even the most seasoned cook will enjoy. There are Gulf views from the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and even the living room and dining room areas. What a great way to start the day, just rolling over and opening your eyes to see the beach! Remember, while on the property, to enjoy the three refreshing pools, hot tub, newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball court, marina with boat slip, kayak rack, grilling area for your fresh catch, and our well equipped beach front gym! Perdido Key is our favorite!

Our family loves staying in Perdido Key, Florida. This is the second time we have stayed at the SeaSpray complex. It has everything we need. This visit, we were with extended family and needed a 3 bedroom condo. It had all the necessities and it accommodated all 8 of us very well. We will definitely stay at SeaSpray, again!

The management at Seaspray changed the unit I reserved,from a , 3 bd, 3 ba, to a 2 bd, 2 ba and notified me via email in may. I did not open the email and they did not try to contact me about this HUGH change to my reservation. I found out the week before when I called to ask about check-in procedure. I would have never picked the unit they selected. there were 5 adults in my party causing my adult son to have to sleep on the very uncomfortable sleeper sofa. Seaspray s answer, which they admitted was their mistake, was that in May there was a different manager. Never booking with Seaspray again!!!

Great quiet corner unit with great views from main living area. 3 beds and 3 baths and plenty of room for our party of 7. Had all the necessities! Pools were clean, beach service available for chair and umbrella rental.

Nice condo

Perfect for myself and two grown children with their spouses and babies. Specifically sought 3 bedroom without bunk beds. Only issue was at check in. Never received the email with instructions . Would have been nice if someone could have confirmed I received it since no staff is available in weekend. Had it not been for someone else checking in at same time, I'd still be in the parking lot
