Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Awesome Grandkids Beach Week !!!!

Everything was great, decor very nice. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, but normally the kitchens are more stocked. Not a critism just thought you’d want to know.

Before I write this, I want to preface this by saying the owner was very accessible and friendly. The events that happened were in no way her fault. The only suggestion I have for her is to get another cleaning service. The unit smelled terrible and we had top go out and get Mr. Clean and air freshener to clean before we could stand the smell. Also, a few minor issues with the Master Bathroom sliding door lock being off the door and the bottom tray of refrigerator not closing. However, the real problem was the alarm going off 2 of the 4 nights (early morning hours 12 am and 3:20 am) we were there. The first night for about 10 minutes and our last night for another 20 minutes. The desk said it was children tripping it, but we spoke with residents who said it had been an ongoing problem (occurred prior to our arrival). We got no sleep, and when I called the front desk the last day to see if we could extend our checkout for ONE hour (in an effort to get some rest before having to drive home all day) they said NO! No accommodating the guests which were inconvenienced through no fault of our own. We spent a great deal of money to stay here, and this was certainly not what we had planned. Again, this problem was not the owners fault. Portofino should issue a credit to anyone who stayed in Tower 4 last week. Totally unacceptable.

Nice extended weekend getaway.

Property was great! Check in and out was a breeze. We had an issue with the hot water heater not working for the first night but they were on it right away. We dropped our keys down the elevator shaft and they graciously retrieved them and delivered to our room. Can’t ask for better service than that!

The property is spacious & the view is good. The overall experience was great. The only thing that was negative is the sheets had stains on them so we had to wash them upon our arrival. Other than that the property was clean.

Great stay

Portofino is amazing. The grounds, the staff, the service...everything was perfect. We also contacted the events team there who put together a great bday dinner with cake delivered. My mom and sister loved the spa services there as well. Everyone had an amazing time. Internet was upgraded during our stay which was totally needed. The old internet there was scary slow. Property manager was a bit difficult to get in contact with, but reservations main line was able to help.

Love Portifino

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. This was our first time to stay at Portofino as we usually stay in Perdido Key. The amenities were wonderful for grandparents and kids alike. As Tesla drivers the fact you have multiple chargers was a plus. Portofino will probably now be our regular visit location.
