Come and enjoy our spacious oceanfront villa perched on the cliff overlooking the beautiful waters of the Bohol Strait, opposite Cebu Island. Our guest villa offers three large bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace looking through the manicured gardens to the sea beyond. For a refreshing break, take a dip in our crystal clear, chlorine-free pool.

The Accommodation
Our guest villa is located on our private, secure, gated property in the friendly Barangay of Bil-isan. The beautiful, contemporary designed house, built to European standards, spans 300 well-designed square meters. Upstairs, there is a huge master bedroom with king size bed and ocean view, a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a luxurious bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is a second guest bedroom with a twin bed, a spacious living room with flat screen cable TV, a lovely dining area with ocean view, a fully equipped Western style Kitchen and a full bathroom with shower. The Villa has aircons in every bedroom. There are no AIRCONS in the living area but very large windows that allow for a cool ocean breeze. Outside offers a relaxing patio with a second dining area that is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or tea, relax after spending time in the pool or ocean, or enjoy a sunset dinner. Also outside the villa is our beautiful chlorine-free pool, manicured gardens and barbecue areas, fireflies in the treetops at night and stunning 180 degree sea views.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and a safe. Housekeeping is available on request.
