Perfect location, plenty of room for our group of 11. Ages 5mo-50yrs. We loved the private pool. Pots, pans and a grill perfect for having a night in. Beds were comfortable. Great shower pressure and temperature. The upstairs bedrooms do stay a little on the warmer side, luckily we had brought a small fan. We will definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for nine of us. Loved the pool (set at an excellent temp). Kids in it for hours each day. Great location for the beach and restaurants. Would definitely come back!

What a fabulous place to stay! Property owner is great and quick to respond! House is beautiful and has everything you need to stay in and cook! So close to the beach, literally 20 steps! Great pool area! We had a wonderful time! Great memories were made! We will be back!

Fireworks on the Fourth

We absolutely love this home away from home. The house rental experience was perfect for car/parking access - unload at the front door, quick run to the store, no question parking. The private pool was a favorite activity for the kids. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious, quiet, and private. Beach access was just across the street and a short walk to the beautiful white sand. The double sofas and two club chairs were comfortable and enough seating for our large party. The two hard working air systems kept us all cool, upstairs and downstairs. We will definitely return soon and highly recommend this peaceful getaway!

Wonderful Home and Location!

We were in town for my son's wedding and this beautiful beach home was the perfect place for our family to stay together. Close to the beach and restaurants and the home itself is spacious and lovely! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

BEAUTIFUL HOME

We had a family of 12 stay in the house. 8 adults and 4 toddlers. The house was perfect for our family with a very short walk to the beach. Tracy, the manager was amazing and so easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend this house for a large family.

Amazing Week in Paradise!

We absolutely loved the home and cannot wait to come back again next year! The home was gorgeous and the furnishings both beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the things needed to cook multiple meals throughout the week and the beds were all very comfortable. We loved the pool as well as the walkability to the beach! A beautiful piece of heaven!

From the moment you walk in the door, this house is absolutely breath taking! Someone put lots of LOVE into the house. The beach theme decor, driftwood art and gorgeous paintings are in every room. You won't be disappointed. Everyone in our group was amazed with this house. Be aware that the bunk bed room is small and has no door. The beach access is right across the street with a wooden walkway most of the way to the beach. Nobody wanted to leave. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect Spot!

We had a fantastic beach trip staying at this property. The house was super clean, well maintained, and looked just like the pictures. It is STEPS from access to the beach, making it easy to carry all our stuff there. The pool was great as well. We will be staying here again!

Amazing stay!

Our one week stay here was perfect and on point! There was more than enough room for 6 adults and 4 kids. House is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Location is perfect with the beach literally less than a 30 second walk and multiple restaurants, Publix, etc., within a short driving distance. Pool was a nice addition and large enough for both kids and adults to enjoy. Tracy was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Tough Review...

Tough Review for me. Tracy was there for us whenever we needed... Her outreach was impeccable. My deep reservation was due to the overall cleanliness of the home. During the stay I provided Tracy images, so none of this should come as a surprise upon receipt. The AC wasn't working properly on the 2nd floor and that turned out to be a result of heavily caked dust and who knows what on the AC handler filter. The AC piping was also twisted, separated and soaking wet from condensation. Tracy sent the AC company two days after we arrived... They were due to head back after our departure. I the technicians wake, just about everyone came down with a sinus thing that coincidentally came on fter the techs replaced the filter. As for the rest, the cleaners definitely took shortcuts that have built up over time (hair and dust on base moulding, dust caked up in doors and island pendant lights etc). Tracy did refund the cleaning fees. Again Tracy did her best and I think as property manager she's shortchanged with the vendors service provided. The location wasn't terrible, just far from Pier Park... Home has potential... Just need the right crew taking care of it.

We had a great time at this property!

This house has many excellent amenities. First, everyone enjoyed the private pool. Second, the beach was a short walk from the property. Finally, there was ample room in the house for multiple families. However, picking up food items for an extended stay, will require driving through some traffic. Overall, this is a good location.

Absolutely Amazing!

Best location of any house we have ever rented. It is a 2 min walk to the beach.! The house is gorgeous. The property manager was Extremely helpful. We were so sad to leave that we booked it again for next year to cheer us up.

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. It has all the amenities you expect plus extras. The beach is right across the street. The host was in contact with us and answered any questions that we had. Was a great week with friends!

Plenty of space! The location to the beach is amazing! House is brand new and in good condition! Still missing some nice coziness like bath rugs, etc, but it is a self-service house. Manager was great and responded very timely! We will go again!!
