The toilet paper holder was missing. The gasket on the fridge was coming undone. The faux counter has a piece peeling back. The room smelled of cigarettes even though the building was a non smoking facility. No extra towel could be offered because they were booked up. I was only there for a night so not a huge deal but issues were visible.

Some areas needed a good cleaning. There was dog hair all over my son's room. The breakfast could have been better. Bagels were old.

The room we had was very nice. A large suite with two bedrooms. The only issue we had was we felt like it took a long time for it to heat up.
