Tried two different rooms before we canceled our reservation. 1st room floors not vacuumed and smelt like stale cigarette smoke (requested no smoking). 2nd room again unclean floors, rusty pipes and smelt like wet dog.

Toilet was broken…room was dirty and no one came to assist..curtains and television was broken also…I didn’t stay the full night and the other night that was booked…it was horrible…and unsanitary!
