Spacious and comfortable villa in El Arenal, located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from the liveliest leisure area of El Arenal. Outside, the villa offers a large swimming pool with garden, sun loungers to relax in the sun, and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, ideal for enjoying time together.



Inside, the house features a large and bright living room with fireplace and a comfortable seating area to relax, watch TV or read. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is located next to the dining area and is perfect for longer stays.



The villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. If you are travelling with bicycles, the property also offers a fully equipped mechanical workshop for bike maintenance and tuning.

Stay in Mallorca

Disappointed with the stay at this Vrbo. There was only AC in the living room and one of the bedrooms and the AC barely made a difference. All other rooms were very hot. The house smelled like sweat and there were ants in many of the rooms. The “pool guy” showed up without any warning on our first morning there and just walked straight into the house, making everyone uncomfortable. The beds weren’t very comfortable either.At the end of the day, it was a place to stay and it kept us out of the house doing stuff.Definitely would not stay again.

Amenities close by within 10 minutes of the beach. Very clean in general car parking difficult if gate does not work. Had some trouble working out the oven controls as the heat settings have been rubbed away.

A good vacation, but...

The villa and the pool was good, and the location just 100m from the beach was perfect. Unfortunately the aircondition was very under dimensioned. The description said aircondition, but there was only aircon in the sitting room and in the master bedroom. The price for this villa was so high, that we expected aircon in all 6 bedrooms, compared to other villas we have rented. The result was, that people on first floor had to move their madresses down to the sitting room, to be able to sleep, and we opened all doors on ground floor using 5 fans to blow cold air into the 3 bedrooms. Schönes Haus in zentraler Lage

Gute Anordnungen der Räume für eine große Familie. Großes Ess-/ Wohnzimmer für gemeinsamen Aufenthalt. Terrasse und Pool gut zu nutzen. Matratzen leider etwas durchgelegen.

Helemaal topp!

Wij waren hier met 10 gasten geweest van allemaal 18 jaar. Wij hadden van te voren gelezen dat de buurvrouw erg streng zou zijn! Maar uiteindelijk viel dit best wel mee. Ik zou deze villa echt iedereen aanraden. Alles is op loopafstand en alles is goed geregeld.

Amazing villa

The villa itself is amazing. Perfect rooms, nice kitchen, great living room and a beatiful garden with pool. The only unfortunate thing was the neighbours. We knew in advance that they would be very strict on any sound we would make, but we never imagined we couldnt even make loud noises during the day when we were laying at the swimming pool. But nevertheless it didn't impair our stay that much, so I would defintely recommend this villa.

Betten sehr schlecht! Duschwasser war Rad nach 4 min warm. Ausstattung allgemein sehr einfach

Ausstattung nicht ausreichend. Zum Beispiel nur 2 Weingläser. Keine kleinen Schälchen. Ankunft mit Schlüsselcode sehr umständlich und schlecht beschrieben. Nachdem wir alle Nachbarn wachgeklingelt habe, die böse waren und die Polizei rufen wolltrn, weil das wohl oft passiert, haben wir es endlich geschafft, an die Schlüssel zu kommen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir waren über Sylvester dort,haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Haus liegt perfekt ca 500 m zum Strand und Bierkönig. Nicht gut war der Service beim Einchecken und auschecken.Heizung war nicht an mußten das nachher selber herausfinden warum die Heizung nicht ging.Fernsehen ging auch nicht richtig keine deutschen Sender. MfG Konnten die Zählersstände nicht ablesen beim auschecken da keiner gekommen ist. Bis jetzt auch die Kaution nicht zurück erhalten was eigentlich nach einer Woche versprochen war. Auch keine Antwort von HomeAway erhalten

Super für eine Woche Spaß mit Freunden

Ich war diesen Sommer zu 9. mit Freunden für eine Woche in dieser Villa. Für uns wars ideal, wir hatten viel Platz und die Einrichtung war sehr schön, ich würde allerdings mehr Klimaanlagen bevorzugen bzw. dass jeder in seinem Zimmer eine nutzen kann. Man konnte von hier aus alles super zu Fuß erreichen, den Strand bzw. Ballermann und alles was dazu gehört, sämtliche Lokale/Restaurants sowie Supermärkte. Für unseren "Partyurlaub" wars einfach perfekt :) Ebenfalls war mir die Vermieterin eine große Unterstützung, ich habe alle nötigen Informationen bekommen und konnte ihr jederzeit schreiben wenn ich Fragen hatte!

belle maison idéale pour un groupe d'amis; bien située et bien aménagée mais que de bruit autour à cause des nombreuses constructions d'immeubles en cours! il manque pas mal d'équipements dans la cuisine , la cafetière ne fait du café que pour 3 et nous étions 10! manque des grandes casseroles et plats, des bols mais bon souvenirs sinon
