I travel often, this hotel really was 5 star for me. Comfortable beds,plenty of space and a clean room are so important to me. I traveled with my youngest and this hotel was one of my favorites yet

Great location across from Sea World. Hotel room was spacious, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than any continental breakfast I’ve had. $20 parking fee per day was a surprise. Pool area was nice but weather was chilly. Would definitely recommend.

We were unable to find parking space upon returning from dinner. The front desk told us to see if there where any available parking spots in front of the hotel lobby. There wasn't so we resorted to parking elsewhere at our own risk. Upon check out we were billed for parking. We explained to the manager Saila Mungroo about our gripe with being billed for a service that was unavailable to us. She didn't care about what was explained to her. We asked for corporate information which wasn't provided. We told her if we had used the parking services it would not bother us to pay but we didn't. She stated that once the parking permit was printed the bill was generated and there isn't anything she can do about it whether we parked on the premises or not. We told her we would've used parking if it was available. It wasn't so the bill should be reversed. We seek upper management or corporate help asap because this is not right.
