Stayed for 3 nights prior to a cruise, utilized as a home base for Disney world visits.The Good:- Price was reasonable.- Kitchen included most things needed.- Customer service was easy to get ahold of, some things were enacted immediately (more on this below).- Pool was extremely warm, kids loved that. Water park area was very chilly in the evening, we were at Disneyworld during the day but I suspect in the 90 heat it would have been just fine.- Room layout is good for a family. 3 bedrooms 2 baths is very nice.The Bad:- First attempt at showering was met with a clogged drain. Luckily we noticed just before it overflowed onto the bathroom floor. We notified customer service and called their maintenance line. They said things would be taken care of and we need not be home, but the next days the shower was still filling up with use. Thankfully there was another bathroom with a tub/shower that we could use (all of us, though).- Cockroaches found in every room. We notified customer service and found a note that an exterminator had been through after a Disney day. There were still roaches found afterwards.- Furniture is cheap and put together wrong in the kitchen.- Bedroom fan didn’t work in kids room.- AC stuck at 77/78 degrees (felt hotter inside).All in all: You get what you pay for. We give it a 6.5/10. Nice unit for the price. Definitely could be better.
