A bit inconvenient

We stayed on night in the two bedroom suite. Positives: It was clean and roomy. Negatives: A Club Wyndham employee bombarded me as soon as I got out of my car trying to sell me something. Very weird smell throughout the entire hotel. The only elevator that was working was on the opposite side of where my room was. It was a very very long walk each time I had to go down and back up. Since we were only staying one night, there was no reason to bring shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. The hotels always have that, right? The bottles in the shower were empty. I didn't find out until I was already in the shower. Such a ridiculous thing to mess up for a hotel. The carpet and couch were very sad looking.

Great Breakfast.

Good hotel! Great location to convention center and activities. The breakfast, which is included in your stay, was really good. One of the best free hotel breakfast I have had. A large variety of fresh made items. Very clean and refilled items constantly. Wonderful staff. Large pool and smaller hot tub was very clean and nice temperature.

I will naver stay at this location ever again.Let me start with the good, location is great its on Idrive close to everything. The rooms are decent size,fairly clean and overall the building is in a average shape it could use some updates.The bad is the staff there extremely rude unwilling to help, I don't know who train this people maybe it's a lack of oversight from higher up I am not sure. They make u feel like ur a walking inconvenience as soon u get there, try to tell them u had a emergency you are at the hospital and need a one time courtesy late check out. They told me if I was diamond member I could check out at 4 if not I had to pay 75 dollar check out fee. I agree to the $75 fee even though I wasn't too happy about it but then things got even worse I called the hotel at 1:00 p.m. to let him know that I'm going to be late and close to 4:00 p.m. to get my belongings out the room I was told that if I show up there at 4:00 p.m. I'm going to be escorted by the police to pick up my belongins.The card I used for the deposit declined for the extra $75 charge due to being locked I told them that will unlock the card and they can run it for the for the $75 and the extra $6 from the snack bar. At that point they told me that would not work I had to be physically present there and I need to swipe my card remind you I already swipe my card for deposit when I first got there and it went through for $75 incidental deposit. Manager Elsie was extremely rude not willing to work this

Great stay, however, the shampoo and conditioner in the shower were completely empty which I did not find out until I was mid shower, so that was not fun. Otherwise, great stay. The carpets and some of the furniture were heavily stained as well.
