I hardly ever leave reviews. However, my families experience was terrible. We arrived after traveling for 18 hours. I was extremely ill and just needed to rest. After sleeping for maybe 3/4 hours my children and I were jarred from our sleep to the deafening sound of fur alarms throughout the entire hotel. Scared there was an emergency my children and I ran out of the hotel with other guest. Just to be told it was a false alarm. We returned to our room just to have another alarm go off 15 minutes later. Rushing out of the room again. We returned to have another go off and then another and then another over 5 fire alarms and no fire. They have faulty wiring and the management was nonchalant about the entire ordeal. They haven’t responded to messages even after staff promised us a refund and a free stay at the Hilton in the future due to this inconvenience. My kids and I had to sleep in the car just to get rest last night. I would not recommend this hotel to any family. Highly disappointed in the Hilton brand for this experience

Lovely property and beautiful rooms however, the beds are very hard and the pillows are quite small. The male staff in particular are not very enthusiastic about their job near the front desk.. the ladies who helped us check in and out were wonderful. Overall, I would not stay again only because the beds hurt my back. Other than that, it’s a convenient hotel to stay at, safe, and is only 10 minutes away from Epic Universe!

My experience overall was positive. I dtayed 2 nights. The hotel was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My only issue was the $15/day parking fee. I had high expectations from the Hilton brand. I wouldn’t expect those additional fees.

Not a bad hotel, but not great. Properties smell was off, probably due to so many people staying there. Seems like a very busy location. Renaissance Hotel is steps away, if you can afford to stay there, I would.

Please be advised that the buses are never close to on time and you could be waiting for 2 hours for a bus that's not coming. No need to take a bus or drive to SeaWorld as it's a 10-minute walk and the staff did not bother to inform me of this, I had to figure it out on my own by driving there and seeing my hotel while I'm in line waiting to park. Check in was an hour late

It's probably I believe is poorly managed I called several times from my room my call was ignored I had to go downstairs to get towels they only turned down the room every other day when I got back in my room on that day of the room to be clean they only changed the trash and replace the towers didn't make up the bed nor clean the sink or tub i was terrible disappointment I did speak with someone before I left and they did reimburse my parking at $15 a day

Kristy at the front desk was very helpful when we checked in. Unfortunately, when we went to the pool in the evening, there were no more towels. We went to the front desk and they let us know that they were in the dryer and would send them to our room…which doesn’t help when you are wet at the pool…lol. Eventually, we got towels.
