I was very disappointed with my stay. The rooms were extremely small, outdated, and lacked closets. The carpet was stained and looked dirty, and the entire room had a strange smell every time we walked in. The air conditioning unit was bulky, outdated, and took forever to cool the room. When it finally did, it made the room unbearably cold. The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable—not at all what I would expect from a Hilton. In fact, this hotel doesn’t live up to the Hilton name, which is usually associated with comfort, especially in bedding and amenities. On top of that, they charge extra for daily parking and breakfast. The front desk staff was neither friendly nor welcoming, and the pool area was tiny and uninviting. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I will not be staying here again.

Mainly I had an incident after arriving at the room, after about 30 minutes of being settled we went to use the shower and it didn't work, there was no water, I called the reception to explain what happened, they didn't solve the problem, they told me that they were going to change our room but after about 10 minutes I called again because they didn't give me instructions about changing rooms, which meant we had to pack everything again to move rooms, something that was uncomfortable for my family.
