My recent stay at Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort & Casino was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, sleek design, and incredible amenities.
The absolute highlight of the stay was Renaissance Island — a private slice of paradise. Taking the boat from the lobby to the island felt like something out of a movie. The flamingos, crystal-clear water, and peaceful cabanas made it feel exclusive and relaxing. If you go, don’t miss Flamingo Beach (perfect for couples) and the quieter spots near the spa cove. It’s a must!
I stayed on the Marina (adults-only) side, which was calm, elegant, and close to shopping and restaurants. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable — with a great view. While the room wasn't huge, it was well-designed and had everything I needed. Housekeeping was consistent and thoughtful.
Food on-site was great — I especially enjoyed dinner at L.G. Smith’s Steak House and poolside cocktails during sunset. There are also plenty of restaurants and local spots nearby if you want to explore. The location in downtown Oranjestad makes it easy to mix beach time with shopping and nightlife.
Staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful — always smiling and happy to assist. Whether at check-in, the bars, or the island shuttle, everyone went above and beyond.
