Phoenix West Unit 605 on the 6th floor. Park on the 6th floor parking deck right outside the unit!

The spacious family room features a large flat screen TV. The Beautiful Gourmet kitchen has been equipped with many extras for the chef in your group(includes nice breakfast bar as well). There are 2 fold out twin beds in the living room if needed. Also, offers a large formal table that has plenty of seating for your family. Your own private tiled balcony allows you to dine while watching the dolphins play or just enjoy all the action at the pools/beaches. The over sized living room area includes a pull out sofa.

All three bedrooms have flat screen TV's along with private bathrooms. Your master suite features a king bed, and a luxurious bathroom, and jetted tub.

The first guest room has two queen size beds with a full size bath - the third bedroom also has two queen size beds with a private bath. There is a state of the art fitness center located on on the 1st floor - also, there are two hot tubs and saunas on the 1st floor.

*IMPORTANT* Please be advised the west hot tub will be closed for maintenance and repairs beginning Monday, April 21, 2025 through May 1, 2025.

Nice Spring Break Place

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The Condo is light and bright and decorated nicely. We had a few issues during our stay. Construction noises could be heard on several days. The condo is also starting to show some wear and tear such as water spots on the ceiling, mold in the shower, worn out sofas and burnt out light fixtures. Our favorite part was all the amenities at Phoenix West. I realize this is out of the condo owners control but I would have preferred all of the pools to be warmer. Our kids had a blast in the lazy river.

Phoenix West was perfect

Condo was great!! Beautiful view, tons of seating in living room and dining and deck. Perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans as well as a keurig and regular coffeemaker. Blender for Margaritas, and ice maker. Only spices were salt and pepper however. Only negative was how stocked for towels and the basics to get you going. Definitely need to bring your own!! One hand towel per bathroom and sleeps 14. Kitchen hand soap had one squirt left. Not sure why it was so chintzy on stocking such a great property.

Overall Good Stay with small hiccups

Pros: Great location when parking on the 6th floor and/or getting off elevators. Plenty of seating and beds. We didn’t feel that we were on top of each other. A variety of appliances, dinnerware, etc. in the kitchen. Cons: When we first arrived at the condo, the cleanliness was not up to par. We called the rental company and they came to clean right away. The washer and dryer gave us issues the whole trip. We ended up having to dry our clothes on the balcony. With mentioning the appliances above, we did have some issues with a few of the small appliances and them not working. Not condo related, but Phoenix West related.. there needs to be more chairs down at the pool. So many people having to sit on the hot ground since all the chairs were used up. There was plenty of spaces available for more chairs to be added. All and all, we had a great trip and would recommend if some of the cons were fixed in the future.

Great Condo

Easy check in. The condo was everything we wanted . Nice livingroom with plenty of seating. The kitchen had plenty of cupboards but we had to rearrange some cupboard space to put groceries away. Kitchen had everything you needed and more. The wet bar area was perfect with a ice machine. Bedrooms were plenty big. We had a TV problem but someone came and fixed it. They were fixing the Lazy River so it was not ready till we were about to leave. Over All it was great. We will stay there again.

We loved the condo! It is even prettier than the pictures! Room was in perfect location with the elevator and the walk to the beach was simple. Only downside was we had to buy a couple cases of water as the water dispenser in the fridge didn’t work. Kitchen was well stocked! Great condo!!!
