The room was spacious, though quite dated. With winter outside and mostly colder, there didn't appear to be any heating in the open, entrance courtyard area. Made for a chilly walk to the hot tub. The hot tub/steam room were the highlight. The hot tub timer could be longer. The breakfast was minimal, biscuits and (watery) gravy, pork suasages, white & wheat toast, waffle set-up, juices, water, and coffee. A few muffins. The courtyard was too cold to eat at. The desk staff was a little cold, also, and not the most welcome.

They had just opened the pool, but since it was outside and not a heated pool, we could not use it. The patio venue is only ok for people who enjoy consuming alcohol to use as that is what it was filled with and the Aria was more of a bar with a VERY limited menu. The food was good though, just VERY VERY limited. The breakfast buffet was standard fare for a hotel, nothing special but the servers were awesome! BEWARE THOUGH that you have to ask about the semi-validated parking passes (they cost $10/car/day) or they will not tell you and you will be charged by the hour. Also, if you like a firm, or even semi-firm pillow, bring your own. The pillows are extreme soft and offer very little neck support at all unless you bunch them up.

Customer service was above and beyond!. From when we pulled up to the hotel, the valets were excellent taking care of our electric vehicle to the front desk who made sure all our needs were met! Room was large, clean and comfortable!

There were three elevators, but only one was working, and we had to go down several floors using the stairs.😰
