This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is fully equipped to be your home away from home... not just in the summer time, but ANY time! New appliances and furniture, updated fixtures, stocked with games for family fun on the not-so-sunny days, and more. Just steps to the beach! What's more... enjoy the sandy front yard equipped with grills (bring your charcoal!), picnic tables, lounges chairs, and more. Walk to all that OCMD''s mid-town location has to offer! Hosting you would be our family's joy!
Please note we are stocked and ready for you with towels, linens, cookware and utensils.
Non Smoking/Non Vaping. This property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. No pets. Rents any 3 nights in season and any 2 nights in the off season.
