The shower floor didn’t have a contained wall for the water to stay so it kept on running to the bathroom floor and was wet and slippery! You could hear people in the hallways so we couldn’t sleep! Extra $35 mandatory charge for you!

We were very disappointed that they had no amenities. No mini fridge. No coffee pot or even complimentary coffee down stairs. The hair dryer was terrible. I will say the beds were comfortable. They said we could get a microwave, but for an extra charge. Definitely not worth the price for what we got with our room. I realized what you're really paying for is the hotel name and location . I've been in smaller hotel chains that were much better.

I did not like having to wait 35 minutes to check my luggage in, and then having to pay for it. I also did not like how expensive the convenience store was -- I paid over $20 for a prepackaged sandwich. Otherwise, it was solid.

Graduation Stay

The hotel was nice, but is in need of an update. The headboards were peeling, furniture in need of repair, wallpaper peeling off, and vents in need of cleaning. The only good thing was the beds were decent since we were only there to sleep.

Bye-bye Hilton

This Hilton is needing a fresh update! The air was humid and made bedding moist. Stayed three nights and first room cleaning only towels were changed—the bed was left unmaid and nothing else was as tidy. Bar drinks were terrible. Won’t stay again. Too many other great hotels in the city!

Don't expect to get any sleep

Room 1519 was AWFUL. It was right across from a housekeeping central room, and they were loading and moving housekeeping carts all night long right outside my room. It didn't help there is 1 inch gap under the door to the hallway. I called downstairs at 1am asking them if this was standard. They said they would send security! I informed them it was their own staff making all the noise, but they sent security anyway. But they continued to bang carts around until 3am. Then at 7am, they started again. But at that time, there were about 10 housekeeping staff talking and laughing very loudly right outside my room. This room should not be rented out! No one should pay this crazy amount of money to try to sleep in the middle of housekeeping operations at all hours of the night. The room also had no fridge. It has an open space for one, but it was missing.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. Only bad thing I have to say, the room was a bit dark. The lamps weren’t bright enough. Everything else was great.

No breakfast except buffet

Very disappointed that a hotel in New York with a breakfast restaurant offers only a buffet. I eat eggs every day for breakfast, a simple breakfast. Have no need for all the extras. Ridiculous that a full service restaurant set up in NYC does not offer that. Another millennial decision, I'm sure. So dumb.
