The room was nicely clean and with the proper attention. Thank you, Martha, our housekeeper. Nevertheless, two of the drawers were broken, and the TV was tilted and at some point we asked for service because de TV doesn’t work properly. The frontdesk staff gave the impression to be tired and grumpy.

I think it’s a convenient place to do anything. When we arrived, there was no one there for the valet parking, which was a bit confusing on busy New York streets, but it wasn't a big deal. After seeing a musical at night, we took some pizza back to our room and ate it. I wanted to warm up the cold part, but there was no microwave in the room, so I gave up. It would have been great to have a microwave in the room.
