Clean hotel in a good location in Manhattan

This hotel was clean and in a good location close to Grand Central Station and lots of good restaurants. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked that a water station was available on our floor so we could just refill our bottles.

I can definitely see the hype for this place. It’s ideally located to walk around midtown or take the subway at grand central. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend it!

Overall the property is okay. I am not sure how one gets a 4star rating, but based on the lack of hotels at the facility, I would rate it a 3 star. The rooms are small , but clean. The towels are undersized and not a quality of a 4 star. The signage made it difficult to find as the flag said it was a Quarters hotel and only a small brass plate identified it as Hotel Boutique....The staff is fine but almost unnecessary since pre-check in and auto registration is encouraged. The price was right and the location makes it easy to find transportation and dining at Grand Central
