All the pros of a hostel - safe, superb vibe, people from all over the world, lots of activities and spaces to hang out. Great conversations. Big bathroom stalls. Great location to take a break from all the tourist areas. Cons: The room was very cold. You need a plank under the mattress so that the bed doesn't slop so much. Lockers need a rod with a hanger or two because you are living out of a suitcase on the floor is quite literal here. Our room floor was not clean.

I loved this stay so much. There’s a subway station less than 2 blocks away and it made getting around so much easier. Lots of great food options nearby. Staff was great and super friendly. Very clean (rooms and bathrooms as well as common areas). Will definitely come back here when I come back to New York!
