The room is clean. Restaurant, supermarkets and bars close. Neighborhood felt very safe. Transportation is very close, and the nearest train station has elevator.

El apartamento esta muy bien y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar días tranquilos, se puede cocinar, siempre hay gente en la recepción y esta muy cerca de todo, tomas el metro al frente, lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme en este lugar si volviera a New York.

no hot water in the property they call the property a "hotel" and it is an apartment with self check in with very poor instructions I was told the building had no water water and was going to be resolved in one hour, and after 8 hours (right when i need to check out) the issue has not been resolved, and no discount offered. terrible experience

This is a self check in hotel. The lobby was filthy with food containers all over the place. When I first got there the front door was locked. I was let in by a customer who had been on the phone with someone for 45 minutes trying to get into his room. As I was trying to figure out my room another couple came that did not know how to check in. The customer was told the hotel was already booked up. When I did try to check in again it tried to have me pay again I think. I had been travel from overseas and was exhausted so I went to a real hotel. I would like to request a refund as I was not able to get a room.

Property did not send the access code in time for check in, I had to call them. No wifi information in the room. No available storage lockers. Dirty building and units with no soundproofing. Former Sonders have really fallen into disrepair quickly.

This place doesnt seem mismanaged, it hardly seems managed at all. Other than the actual hotel rooms themselves, every aspect of this place was almost laughably bad. After being told the day before that while an early check in wasnt guaranteed, we would be able to leave our bags in the lobby…we learned once we got there that that would be impossible anyways because the only way into the building was through the access code they give you when your room is ready. So after almost a whole day of hauling our luggage around and awful and inconsistent communication from both the customer service line provided and the building manager we happened to run into at the hotel in the morning, we finally got access codes to our rooms about 30-45 mins later than the 4pm check-in time AND after being placed on hold and hung up on by customer service. There was a fire alarm system beeping constantly in the lobby that may or may not have been connected to the two times we had to evacuate the building our first night from fire alarms going off as well. There was no explanation or apology from staff due to there being no identifiable staff even there. One of our rooms tvs wasnt connected to wifi which required me contacting customer service once again as well. I will repeat what I said at the top…this place doesnt seem mismanaged, it hardly seems managed at all. Truly the only positives were the rooms being nice and the water pressure being good.

Check in is very simple using the keypads around the property. Warning - sometimes even after putting in your pin it’ll mark it as incorrect and you’ll have to put your pin in multiple times but it will eventually work. You’ll only see staff at 11am cleaning the rooms otherwise you’re on your own. It’s very straight forward and it some ways much easier than I normal hotel. The walls aren’t perfect and the rug could be cleaner but overall cost/return is very good.

We have been very disappointed in this property. Our booking was for a double bedroom apartment however when we arrived we found out that we’re assigned a studio apartment ( 1 queen bed instead of 2 queen beds and a sofa bed to accommodate 3 adults and 2 kids). Mind you there is no staffed reception. Check in is via email with a code to the entrance and apartment. I called the property to inquire about this mistake, just to learn their unbelievable explanation “ Oh there was no room available so we gave you this”. Mind boggling and completely unacceptable. So, in the middle of the night we had to find another hotel. It took forever to explain what the issue was, via chat and multiple agents. The relocation team assigned from hotels.com was not very helpful. The representative tried to offer us a 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed for 5 people!? In the end we found an alternative that they approved. This whole ordeal took over 2 hours. Kids were tired and cranky. Bottom line, I would not recommend this property.

The room itself was very nice. You can tell it used to owned by Sonder. But it looks like the new management things are not going great. 1) Upon arrival I noticed that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. It appears that they had try to run it, but uses the wrong detergent. I asked someone to come check it out. They never did. 2) No towels. I could forgive this as an oversight. What's ridiculous is that it took them FOUR DAYS!!!! to deliver towels. Everyday I come back and contact them again "We're doing everything we can" What! FOUR DAYS. Now. I'm guess you're going to reply saying "We're sorry and that you'll look into it". Please don't. Don't reply until you've figured out what in your management process allowed a dishwasher to go broken for a week and towels not to be delivered in 4 days. Then I'll actually believe that you're looking to improve.

The value is good, but there is no lobby or employees regularly on site, and when something goes wrong there is no one to turn to. We needed help and it took until the next day to get it resolved, after we had to call multiple times. A service answers the phone that is located offsite, and likley in a different country. hey wouldn't give us the phone number of the property manager, who is located off site but at least in the same city. Our problem was that when we arrived there was no bedding or sheets for the pull-out couch, even though we had clearly made the reservation for 5 of us. We checked in during the evening after arriving on a late flight. Since we didn't have bedding for the couch and didn't get bedding until the next day (we found the property manager who knew nothing of our requests and begged for the missing bedding), so we couldn't use the couch for sleeping and had to pile 3 teens into one bed in another room. Room was clean and appliances were in good shape. Good value, bad service.

I prepaid for a stay here and had an extremely horrible check-in experience. There is no front desk, and the contact numbers listed online were either invalid or disconnected. Marriott could not help because the property is no longer affiliated with them and is now called Belvilla District 6. After multiple calls over 2 days, I was eventually given 2 different access codes and 2 different room numbers. One code got me into the building, but the assigned room was already occupied by someone else. Another code only worked for a different room that wasn’t what I booked. I also received conflicting information from Hotels.com and customer service. At one point, customer service claimed they had sent me a confirmation email but refused to tell me what email address it came from, calling it a “privacy violation.” I told them that if they in fact sent me the email I would be able to see what email address that came from.. When I finally found the email, it included a building code but no room number. I informed staff that being given access to another guest’s room was a serious safety issue. They showed little concern. During our stay, a couple knocked on our door at 11:30 PM because their code wasn’t working and nobody was answering the phone. While we spoke with them, another couple walked by and said their room code worked but someone else was already staying there. This property’s check-in and security procedures need serious attention. I would not stay here again.
