Great location. Air conditioner wouldn’t cool below 69 degrees. Have the Nest thermostats locked with key code. Had maintenance come, he used a hair dryer to unfreeze the unit and said it would be ok. Room never got much cooler throughout the night. No view. Visible water damage. No great space to open suitcase, ended up rearranging the room to be able to open it (without putting it on the bed).

The property is the most basic kind of place to stay, small rooms, front staff looked annoyed when anything was needed and when room and multiple defects from the room not being ready at 10pm at night to room lights not working or being able to turn off! Building has a D for electrical efficiency. Only good thing is 5 mins away from time square

The heat in the hotel was set to a ridiculous temperature, even with putting it on "cool" it didnt drop below 76.

Main gripe was with the lifts which are tiny and not very reliable. Otherwise excellent staff and cleanliness, fantastic location for watching all the Broadway shows you want. Would definitely return!

Great quiet spot in Times Square

Our family of 4 took the train to NYC to see a few shows, so we didn't use any local parking. The hotel was super convenient in the Times Square area, but was amazingly quiet, with the rooms seemingly set back between some buildings to provide some buffer. It was on a street that had a lot to offer, but not in the crazy, busy mix of a main road. We frequented the Whole Foods around the block for reasonably priced water and snacks. Having a mini-fridge/microwave would be a big help, but we were only there 2 nights, so a short trip and made due. Our room was wonderful and the staff friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Do not stay here!! The location was the only positive thing about this hotel. We thought, after reading loads of reviews, that this would be a great hotel but we were mistaken. We had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all and then broke shortly after we arrived in the room. When the maintenance staff came to check it, the response was: “Yeah, it’s broken and we don’t have a spare part, so maybe ask to move rooms.” When we spoke to the person on reception to rectify the issue, there were no other rooms available (we were in a suite with the kids), and no compensation was offered. Our heating didn’t work. The shower ran hot and cold. The kids’ sofa bed wasn’t made when we got there, and instead of making it up for us when we rang down, they just sent sheets up for us to do it. The lifts broke on one of the days. It was just one thing after the other. The manager avoided us the whole time, refusing to speak to us, and has since refused to respond to any emails. It’s honestly pathetic.

My girlfriends and I visited NYC and stayed at this hotel, and it turned out to be a big mistake. When we first entered the hotel room, we were shocked by how small the two-bedroom actually was. The pictures online were misleading. Additionally, there was a musty smell in the room, including the towels. When I went to take a shower, the water unexpectedly turned ice cold, forcing me to finish my shower in freezing temperatures. We also never received any hand soap during our entire stay. We shared our concerns with the staff, who were polite but didn’t seem to make much effort to address these issues. Overall, I would recommend looking for a different place to stay..
