Granite countertops in the kitchen, flat screen tvs in living room and bedrooms, renovated guest bath with elegant pedestal sink. Carpet in bedrooms and tile throughout the rest. Amazing views of the beach, ocean, lighthouse, river, inlet and much more, from the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and the balcony. The balcony has lounge chairs, comfortable sitting chairs, and a high top table and chairs for enjoying the views and sea air! Located in the gated community of Minorca, with all of the amenities including two pools with hot tubs, exercise room, sauna, 4 Har-Tru tennis courts, and a short boardwalk leading to the beach.
