Nous avions réservé deux nuits. Aucune instruction reçue pour le check in (un bug d'Abritel d'après le propriétaire. Vu son attitude sur la suite du séjour, je commence à en douter). J'ai fini par avoir l'information après SMS et appels. Logement très sale, parties communes idem (et ce n'est pas dû aux travaux). Voici le message envoyé au propriétaire, qui résume notre expérience. Le propriétaire fait le mort, aucune réponse reçue. "Bonjour, Nous sommes arrivés au logement tard hier soir. Le logement est trop sale pour que nous restions une nuit supplémentaire. Poubelles odorantes dans les parties communes, tâches sur les murs, tapis et le canapé, pas d'alèse de protection pour le canapé, les oreillers ni le lit. Traces de calcaires dans la douche, traces orangées dans la douche et sur le rideau de douche sensé être blanc, trou type brûlure de cigarette sur une chaise, traces de gras sur la crédence de la cuisine, poussière, moisissures sur les fenêtres de la chambre, poubelle cassée, murs et portes sales... Je vous envoie des photos et vidéos comme preuve de bonne foi. Nous avons dû réserver un autre logement pour ce soir. Je souhaiterais pouvoir être remboursée de cette deuxième nuit que nous n'utiliserons donc pas du fait de l'état du logement. Merci par avance pour votre retour"
