We enjoyed our stay… Everything was clean and nice. We would stay here again for the convenience of going back-and-forth to downtown and having it convenient in a nice house to stay in.

Not only was the house immaculate, but the three of us had our own room with private bathrooms. Communication and check in process were so easy. Parking is in the alley behind the house, and we had to open a gate manually each time we came and went to enter the property. One bathroom shower with a claw tub had awful water pressure for the showerand another shower dripped during the day and night. Great location, drivable to everything.

Vacasa staff were prompt & helpful with several questions. The 'ok' overall rating stems from the exterior property condition. While the property description talks about enjoy the outside areas (porches, etc.) they were covered in spider webs complete with live spiders- even the front porch swing and the screen door out of the kitchen. Also tree branches down in front & back yard. Outside upkeep was subpar at the time of our stay. Pictures available if they would be of help when discussing upkeep with whomever is responsible for it!

Old place. Pictures are filtered for sure. We actually debated leaving but stayed because of the price we had already paid. You are a few blocks from the projects. You will encounter homeless also. One of our Uber drivers is a Nashville native and told us we should not stay on Shelby and especially where the house is. We were informed not to go outside at dark. It was a little scary for sure. We did not feel safe. However, it was nice to have a bathroom for all 3 bedrooms. Not the cleanest place for sure. Another visitor had mentioned they are stingy on giving you supplies and they really were. No coffee. No tea. No creamer or anything. Yard is a complete mess. You must enter by back deck which is full of mosquitos. Plan on getting bit multiple times. Will never stay at this house again.

WHATEVER YOU DO…..don’t book this house!

When you drive to the house you will soon realize the “prime location” this house sits is not in a good neighborhood. It would not be safe walking through at night. One of the nights we got back to the house a man was smoking his crack pipe directly behind the house in the alley where you enter the house from.Once you walk into the home you will notice a strong mold smell as soon as you walk in. (I own a restoration business and know the crawlspace definitely has a mold issue.)Oh but wait!…..it gets worse….That same night while hanging out in the kitchen a huge cockroach walked across the floor. The next day, while my wife was walking through the house, she realized she stepped on something…..it was another roach…..absolutely disgusting.Other notable mentions: Lumpy uncomfortable mattress in bedroom off of kitchen. It has a huge sag in the middle of it.Bathroom off of dining room-Clawfoot bathtub leaks waterI notified Vacasa about the mold a roaches Friday. They said someone would call to come over that next day but did not receive any calls related to these issues. I will update this review if anything is done in response to this awful experience at the property.

Long weekend in Nashville

House is older but was neat & tidy inside. Was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Not the best neighborhood. On a very busy street and heard sirens all of the time. Outside of property needs a lot of TLC. So much overgrown and furniture not clean, could not sit outside to have morning coffee. Needs a good spruce up. Location was close to downtown but far to walk and would not want to walk back at night.

Nashville stay

Overall we really enjoyed the home. We each had a bathroom and that was great. It is an older home with a lot of history which I enjoyed. Nashville was great and getting to everything was very easy from the Wagon Wheel.

Great location for a great getaway!

We loved the location because we were able to walk to several fun spots in East Nashville as well as into downtown via the pedestrian bridge. We also loved the fenced in yard to help keep our dog contained. The outside needs a spring clean-up animprovedimproved seating

It was just ok

I thought the house was cold even with the heat up. The floors seemed like they might have some dry rot with soft areas so I was cautious where I stepped. I think they could have done better with making sure the soap dispensers had soap in them and some tissues around since it was only in the low 30’s. It housed 3 couples well with each having their own bathroom but I wouldn’t say the beds were very comfortable. I have rented through VRBO a lot and this was probably the worst. They did however help out with not having any wifi when we first got there and I appreciated that.

The decision to rent this property was primarily based on it’s close proximity to Nissan Stadium coupled with the fact it has three beds/three baths, is categorized as a Premier Host and has several “excellent reviews”.The good: Spacious, convenient location and is indeed in walking distance to Nissan Stadium and downtown. On-site parking.The reality: The price is extremely reasonable and aligns exactly with what you get. This is an old home located on a busy street and with that comes A LOT of noise. The window panes are thin and drafty and the fixtures are aged. There are four points of entry to this home, which can be a little unsettling for a family with children. The home does seem to have a security system, but there were no notes on how to operate or activate and it didn’t look operational. One of the three beds is so broken down it’s close to being unusable. The other two are ok. If you are traveling with friends for fun or are young and don’t need much sleep but need the space this place is for you. If you are traveling with children or are looking for a restful stay, I would not recommend this property.

Walking distance to the stadium

Great home for 3 couples with the 3 ensuite bathrooms. Very clean and nicely appointed. We loved being able to walk to the stadium but we would not have done it at night or on a non-game day. If the police hadn't been in the area, we would have gotten an uber.

Stay at the waggon wheel

The home was Clean and comfortable, located a short distance from downtown. The cookware needs to be replaced And the barbeque is unuseable other than that we enjoyed our stay there

Good house and location

Older house but kept up well and very clean. Location is great, about 1/4 mile from football stadium and about a mile from Broadway Ave.
