Property was as described. It was big and roomy with a great living area, comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and hot tub. The property is centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood. Easily walking distance to 12South, The Gulch and even to Midtown and Broadway if you don't mind a mile or so. Bring your sneakers! Typically used for large parties such as bachelorette or bachelor parties. The overall cleanliness was good but the living room rug, couch pillows and several of the bedroom windows need a deep cleaning. The registration process and check in was not like I have experienced thus far through VRBO. I realize this is a large corporation with properties throughout the country. Although communication while we were there and prior to our stay was great, the check in process lacked detail. I was awaiting a text around 4 pm when check in was supposed to happen and had to text them to get the door code. It would have been helpful if they had reached out to let us know the property was ready. Overall our stay was great and we enjoyed being there.
