Welcome to our Mid Century Modern Home located in desirable Hammond Bay area in North Nanaimo. The home is very spacious and gives everyone there own space or you can all gather together in the living room/dinning in front of the large windows and watch the ever changing ocean views and the amazing sunsets.

There's 2 decks in the front , one off kitchen/living room and one of the master bedroom, there's also a private deck in the back off the dinning room with outdoor dinning with a fire pit and seating and large fenced yard.


The home is conveniently located near numerous beaches, trails and things to do! Just a few min drive to shopping.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.

Great getaway for large groups.

Beautiful home with amazing views. The kitchen was fully equipped. Host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. There were 14 adults and the house was still so spacious. It was great!

Unfortunately, this property was not as advertised. Half-finished renovation work throughout, no heat in two of the bedrooms, missing light fixtures with loose wires, and messy (closets filled with junk, dirty laundry all over laundry room, dirty dishes). The large bedroom is some sort of converted garage that looks like a makeshift hospital ward. We arrived two days after a big snow, and the property had not been shoveled. Cars couldn't get up the long driveway so had to hike up with nine people and all our stuff - slippery and dangerous. Owner was not helpful, said she would get someone over but never did. She eventually just stopped replying to my texts. Save yourself the disappointment. Not worth the price, and the cleaning fee is a total scam.

This house has a wonderful view and very spacious enough to do small group activities. However some towels were dirty. We need to wash them first and used. Dishwasher detergents and garbage bags were not supplied. We had to go out and buy them. The barbecue grill was not clean. Some sea shells built on the bottom of the grill. Looked previous guests used and left and did not clean. Smell was bad. We had to give up to use it. There were Buddhist statues in the living room and bed rooms. This caused me to feel uncomfortable.

Not A/C in every room…bugs and ants…no screens on windows…yard was a mess…many outlets didn’t work at all…small appliances didn’t work…certainly wasn’t worth the high (close to a thousand) price we paid per night! But the view was magnificent
