Vacation

Propeety was clean and a short walk to the beach. Also close to Kings Highway for easy access to other areas of interest. Parking is limited for a 10 unit property. Guests are provided 2 parking passes and some.guests will have to park across the atreet at a local restaurant. t

Seniors " Weekend Get away"

We are a group of Seniors ( ages 70 -80) that travel together regularly and decided to take this trip which was very enjoyable. Due to the weather approaching our departure date, we were fearful we would have to cancel. However it turned out well. Due to weather conditions we arrived early and when the manager was notified, he assisted in allowing us slightly earlier entrance to the unit. The facility was clean and nicely supplied with a large basket snacks, bathroom well equipped with toiletries and quick response when something was needed. All members were e truly pleased with all that took place with our experience. We attended a couple of plan events that was located in our area. Truly an enjoyable time with excellent service throughout the weekend.

Great stay!

The hosts were so gracious and welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Location is about 3 blocks walk to the beach which was fantastic.

So comfy! Exactly what was advertised. The place was clean and had small things like shampoo, soap, hand wash, and air fresheners. It really just felt like home! Super close to the beach and Broadway at the Beach. Would definitely recommend!

Wedding weekend

We had 3 day stay for a wedding. Great set up for us with 4 bedrooms. Every utensil that we would ever use along w coffee and condiments. Close to the beach. It was just what we needed for our stay.

Everything Included!

Close proximity to the Sports Center/Convention Center area which was the reason for our trip. Easy rental process. Great communication. Newly built, super clean, comfortable and spacious. Our group of 8 had a great weekend! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was well stocked with lots of extras including coffee, bottled water and snacks!

Best Hosts

We had our wedding plans messed up due to Hurricane Ian. Last minute, we had to change plans and we chose this property. Best decision ever. The location was fantastic, very short walk to beach. The apartment was very clean and anything you could possibly need was already provided for you. But the best part of it all was the hosts. They were so incredibly accommodating, helpful, and flexible. I can't speak highly enough about them. I look forward to going back because of them! Thank you for helping make our wedding week so wonderful!

The unit was excellent and fit our need like a glove. The owners were very accommodative and helpful by re-assigning our unit to the ground floor. Cons - The units could use a little bit of information upfront to indicate the level of the unit. The amenities and cutleries were top class and the kitchen well stocked. Overall very good experience and would highly recommend for a group of 7-10. Thanks for all the help and coordination Mike.
