We picked this unit because we loved that it was 4 bedroom and 3 bath, this way each group of family had their own bathroom. The unit had a great view of the ocean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Now the bad, upon arrival we noticed several issues that needed attention, dining room chair broke, bar stool broke and a cut in the leather ottoman, but the worst was that we noticed there must be a leak because there was water coming up from the floor. I immediately called had to leave a message and I emailed, with not return call or email. So I called again Tuesday again not call. On Wednesday when we are out with out any notice someone came in the u it and turned the water off to one of the bathrooms, didn’t leave a note or anything. We noticed this when the family that was using that restroom used it and couldn’t flush the toilet. I called on Wednesday night finally got a hold of someone and they said they did not know anything about the water or the leak or the fact that I had tried to contact them several times. Went to the beach on Thursday came back and again with no notice someone came on the unit took the toilet off the flang and left it sitting there. Someone finally called me on Friday saying they were sending someone in because there was a leak and it was going into the unit below us. At this point we had left because there was an order in the unit from the toilet being removed. I feel like the property management group did not follow up once you arrive and we ended up cutting the trip short due to the water issue that we tried to address at the beginning.
